What an absolute delight this project was to put together. My client, Alex, had 6 hours of footage saved from your deep dive into the pilates exercises, and she’d been meaning to turn this into an online course for ages. It was one of those projects that she hadn’t got around to yet (don’t we all have one of them!).

That’s where I came in! We edited the chunky Zoom call videos into mini lessons and set up the structure of her Squarespace Online Course. We designed some spiffy front colours to create a uniform look across each of the videos. Around 48 videos later - we had a beautiful and complete course ready to launch! This product will become an evergreen course that AOK will use to support Pilates Teachers. This will support them to improve their cues and go a little deeper into the hows and whys of each exercise, deepening their connection ability to support their clients.

As part of this project, we also created a set of reels to support the launch and give the team a great kick-start to their launch.
