Pivot Point came to me looking to improve their customer experience at the checkout. Their Wordpress website was no longer cutting it in terms of supporting their customers to find the mannequin heads and check out easily.

The education portion of their business needed a fresh new look, and I worked to research the best solution for their business model, as well as what would integrate best with the favoured tools that they currently had in place.

The solution was a Shopify E-commerce store that integrated with their CRM. Not only does Shopify create an ourtstanding customer focused check out system, but we were about the pair Pivot Point with tools that would best support their business.

The new, more familar check out experience with Shopify means that customers can feel the trust and know this checkout experience and process.
