POV: You have a thriving Etsy store, but you start to have thoughts of creating your own platform. One that reflects the brand’s vibrant personality. Delivered as part of the Maribyrnong Business Elevate program, this project was all about moving from a rented marketplace to a brand-owned platform.

It was time to evolve Lobe de Lobe. Adriene is herself a graphic designer, so she set about establishing a custom colour palette, fonts, and a high-personality Shopify template to move away from the generic Etsy look and into a unique brand identity.

• Migrate everything across: Meticulously moved and "cleaned up" categories, images, and product descriptions from Etsy to ensure a polished, professional Shopify catalogue.

• Connect the right tools: Integrated and customised a specialised digital download app, ensuring a seamless, instant delivery experience for creators buying laser-cut templates.

• Connections for reach and measurement: Connected the Google Analytics, Search Console and Merchant Centre to boost product reach and track growth.

A high-performing, professional storefront that gives Adrienne complete autonomy over her business, her data, and her customer journey. She still sells on Etsy - but now she also has a house of her own for her brand, too.
